According to BTI Consulting Group, Taft associates, particularly women, identified Taft as “Distinguished” in the activities driving associate job satisfaction.

BTI conducted a comprehensive survey of over 5,000 associates across Am Law 200, global, mid-size, and smaller law firms. The survey aims to identify the key factors influencing associate retention and job satisfaction. Firms do not submit, cannot pay, and cannot refer themselves for participation. The survey analyzed over 27 aspects of the associate experience and associate satisfaction, without prompting or suggesting firm names.
