Taft is pleased to announce that its Indianapolis office has been recognized by the Top Workplaces 2018 employee survey for the 5th consecutive year. Top Workplaces research is conducted by Energage, working in partnership with IndyStar, and is based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured,  including leadership, communication, training, work/life flexibility and benefits, among others.
