Taft is pleased to announce that its Indianapolis office has once again been recognized by the Top Workplaces 2020 employee survey. Top Workplaces research is conducted by Energage, working in partnership with IndyStar, and is based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including leadership, communication, training, work-life flexibility, and benefits, among others.
