Taft has been ranked No. 49 in the 2025 Law360 400, a list featuring the largest U.S.-based law firms and international firms with a U.S. component as determined by domestic attorney headcount. The firm advanced four spots from 2024, placing in the top 50.

With more than 1,050 attorneys spanning from the Mountain West region to Washington, D.C, Taft continues to grow its national footprint. The firm will further expand into Florida and the Southeast through a merger with the Mrachek Law Firm, a litigation boutique based in West Palm Beach and Stuart, to become effective June 30, 2025.
