Taft Dayton was recently named a 2026 Best Place to Work, presented by the Dayton Business Journal in partnership with Quantum Research. The award is based on anonymous employee survey feedback on staff engagement, team effectiveness, manager effectiveness, and other workplace best practices. The results of the employee surveys are then tallied and the companies are ranked from highest score to lowest within each size category.
