Crain’s Cleveland Business has recognized Taft Cleveland as one of the “Notable Businesses Championing Diversity & Inclusion” in 2021. The designation by Crain’s acknowledges organizations in Northeast Ohio that actively attempt to cultivate a culture of inclusion, lead by example, and hold themselves and others accountable regarding diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Taft’s selection was the result of its survey response to Crain’s, highlighting how we are committed to being the inclusive employer of choice in each of our markets where each Taft team member is positioned to excel; we meet and exceed client expectations; and we serve as thought leaders in the communities where we work and live.
