Taft Cleveland Adds Two Business & Finance Associates
Taft is pleased to announce that Eugene Roytberg and Katelyn M. Sokol have joined Taft’s Cleveland office as associates in the Business & Finance group.
Roytberg earned his J.D., cum laude, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2011, where he was an associate editor of the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law. During law school, he received CALI Awards in Debtor & Creditor Law and Legal Writing & Analysis. He also earned the Judge Ernest Karam Award and was recognized as a Public Service Fellow with Dean's Special Recognition. In 2008, Roytberg received his B.S. in accounting, summa cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University.
Sokol earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2015, where she served as executive business editor of the Global Business Law Review. She received her B.S. in business administration, cum laude, from the University of Dayton in 2012. Over the course of her studies, Sokol received the CALI Excellence Award for Contracts, Constitutional Law, Corporations, Constitutional Law Seminar and Antitrust.
