Taft is excited to share that it has been named one of the 2024 Top Workplaces in the Greater Cincinnati area for the eighth year in a row. Top Workplaces research is conducted by Energage, working in partnership with the Cincinnati Enquirer, and is based solely on the results of an anonymous employee feedback survey. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including leadership, core values, communication, training, work-life flexibility, and benefits, among others.
