Taft Chicago Attorneys Pen Chapters in IICLE Publication
Taft attorneys Daniel R. Saeedi, John Kennedy, Elizabeth Babbitt and Allison E. Czerniak contributed two chapters to the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education (IICLE) publication "Chancery and Special Remedies" (2017 edition). Saeedi wrote Chapter 6, "Interpleader," and Kennedy, Babbitt and Czerniak wrote Chapter 12, "Restrictive Covenants, Trade Secrets, and Fiduciary Duties: The Foundation to Safeguard Competitive Business Advantage." The handbook is a practical resource for attorneys dealing with courts of equity.
