Taft Attorneys Help New CHA Project Gain Zoning Approvals
Taft Chicago real estate attorneys Joseph Gattuso and Graham Grady assisted the Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) to obtain land use and zoning approvals for the construction of a new mixed-income, affordable and multi-generational building with 80 residential units and the redevelopment of an existing CHA building on the site. The new $64 million complex in the heart of Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood will include a total of 485 affordable and market-rate housing units.
