Taft Attorney Meister Receives Cincinnati Business Courier's 2008 Forty Under 40 Award
Cincinnati, OH, August 12, 2008 – Julia B. Meister, a partner at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, was named a Business Courier’s 2008 Forty Under 40 Award recipient. The Forty Under 40 program was started in 1995 to identify and recognize the Tri-State’s up-and-coming business, community and economic leaders. Competition for this year’s program included nearly 250 applications, and 40 awards were given. A twenty-member panel, consisting of Forty Under 40 alumni, made the selections.
Meister has a general commercial litigation practice with a focus on class action, complex, and estate, trust and probate litigation matters. She serves as Chair on the Admissions Committee for the Cincinnati Bar Association and is a member of the firm’s Employment and Ethics Committees. She is a member of two arts organizations’ boards of trustees and is a member of the Board for Cincinnati Area Senior Services.
