Taft Atlanta Named One of AJC’s Top Workplaces 10 Years in a Row
For the 10th year in a row, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution has honored Taft Atlanta as one of Atlanta’s Top Workplaces. The 2023 Top Workplace designation is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey. The survey measures aspects of workplace culture such as organizational health, leadership, alignment to company goals, overall effectiveness and connection with people.
“We take our company culture, which includes giving back to the community on a regular basis, very seriously,” said Simon Malko. “We also work hard on providing the best benefits. Many attorneys and staff members spend their entire careers here, and it’s gratifying that our work has been recognized for 10 years running.”
Results of the survey were published in the Sunday, March 19 edition of the AJC and are also available online. In addition to the public recognition, the firm also received valuable feedback from the anonymous survey.
Energage, LLC, a provider of technology-based employee engagement tools, administers the survey to thousands of employees of Metro Atlanta businesses every year.
