Taft Assists U.S. Client in Securing CFIUS Clearance for Foreign Investment
Taft advised Green Revolution Cooling, Inc., a leader in single-phase immersion cooling for data centers, in obtaining national security clearance from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) for its $28 million Series C investment from South Korea-based SK Lubricants. After conducting its review, CFIUS concluded that there were no unresolved national security concerns with respect to the transaction.
The CFIUS team was led by Taft partner Russell Menyhart, who leads the firm’s International Trade and National Security practice.
