The Executive Committee is carefully selected by the nominating committee and managing partner based on (1) the partners’ demonstration to act only on the very best interests of the firm, (2) proportional representation of all major offices/markets, (3) broad representation of the firm’s major practice groups, and (4) complete diversity of the makeup of the committee. Sixty-one percent of Taft’s Executive Committee is composed of women, team members of color, and other diverse identifications. Taft’s 2021 Executive Committee will continue to lead the firm in its commitment to deliver exceptional client-first services, strengthen the capabilities of its industry-leading practice groups, broaden the firm’s national reach, and foster a collaborative and diverse culture, all in support of Taft’s overall goals and principles.
