Taft acted as legal counsel to Boxzooka eFulfillment, a technology-driven third-party logistics and fulfillment partner for premium, high-growth e-commerce brands, in its majority growth investment from Tower Arch Capital.

Founded in 2014, Boxzooka provides software-driven, customizable fulfillment solutions for emerging apparel, beauty, and wellness brands. The investment will support the company’s continued growth and expansion of its fulfillment technology and services. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT, Tower Arch Capital is a growth-oriented middle market private equity firm.
