Taft Law is pleased to announce that John Kenny and M. Johnny Pinjuv have joined the firm’s Chicago office in the Business & Finance and Real Estate practices.

Kenny is a member of Business & Finance practice group, advising clients on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, corporate governance, and tax disputes. He has experience working closely with founders, executive officers, board members, and shareholders on their business legal needs. Kenny received his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.

Real Estate attorney Pinjuv assists public and closely held companies with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. He has experience working on real estate acquisitions and divestitures, lease negotiations, borrower financing, corporate governance, and general business transactions. Pinjuv earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, cum laude, and an M.S. and B.S. from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
