Taft partners Samuel Hodson and Marci Reddick served as lead counsel for the city of Greenwood. Hodson and Reddick assisted the city in negotiating the deal and completed the diligence and documentation to ensure that it closed.
“Taft is proud to have assisted the city in landing this prestigious employer,” said Hodson. “We are also thankful that Mayor Myers has trusted Taft with the quality of life enhancing projects over the last seven years which made this deal possible.”
