Taft’s M&A and Corporate Finance teams are pleased to have acted as legal counsel to Fresh Direct Produce, a portfolio company of private equity funds sponsored by Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney & Company, Inc. (HKW), in connection with its acquisition of Emperor Specialty Foods (Emperor).
