Taft partner Suzanne Sumner will be a panelist at Pub K’s Government Contracts Annual Review 2021. The virtual event features high-level, expert briefings on this year’s legal developments in government contracting. Sumner will participate on the Intellectual Property Panel on Jan. 27, 2021.

Sumner focuses her practice on government contracts law and is a member of the firm’s Succession and Transition Planning and Paralegal Committees. She assists prime contractors and subcontractors with all issues related to their government contracts, including FAR/DFARS compliance reviews, negotiating agreements, compliance with Berry Amendment, Buy America and Trade Agreements Act requirements, internal investigations, claims, and bid protests. Sumner serves on several boards, and is currently serving as an Honorary Commander for the 445th Airlift Wing at WPAFB. She has been selected for the Dayton BizWomen Power 50 list for the past three years and has also been named to The Business Journal’s Influencers Law list and the Who’s Who in Aerospace & Defense list.
