Sumner Published in Dayton Business Journal

Taft partner Suzanne Sumner authored the article “Domestic Preference Requirements for Manufacturers: The Buy American Act and Trade Agreements Act,” which was published by the Dayton Business Journal on June 25.

Sumner focuses her practice on government contracts law and is a member of the firm’s Succession and Transition Committee. She assists prime contractors and subcontractors with all issues related to their government contracts, including FAR/DFARS compliance reviews, negotiating agreements, compliance with Berry Amendment, Buy America and Trade Agreements Act requirements, internal investigations, claims, and bid protests. Sumner serves on several boards, and is currently serving as an Honorary Commander for the 445th Airlift Wing at WPAFB. She has been selected to The Business Journal’s Influencers Law list, Who’s Who in Aerospace & Defense, and selected for the Dayton BizWomen Power 50 list.
