A reversal of the U.S. Supreme Court’s Chevron doctrine would affect nearly every regulated industry. Environmental attorney Stephen McCullers spoke with Law360 regarding the potential impacts of this decision on Georgia businesses.

“I don’t think this will be a slam-dunk benefit for businesses across the board,” McCullers said. “Even with Chevron being overruled, courts will look to federal agencies to educate the court and will potentially give agencies some deference, or at least hold as highly persuasive authority, how agencies view and interpret statutes.”
