Taft Columbus partner David Stein has been invited to speak at the 2022 Mortgage Bankers Association’s Regulatory Compliance Conference on Sept. 18. He will co-present “Compliance Conversations Track: RESPA Section 8 and Marketing Concerns,” from 5:00-6:00 p.m. Stein will discuss how lenders can build increased market share, capture more opportunities and still remain compliant, and reduce their RESPA risks.
