Staudacher to Speak on Data Center Panel at the American Bar Association Business Law Fall Meeting

Taft Detroit partner Gina Staudacher will participate in the panel “Data Centers: Issues of National Infrastructure, State Investment, and Local Sustainability” at the American Bar Association Business Law Fall Meeting on Sept. 3. Throughout the session, Staudacher and fellow panelists will examine the legal aspects of data center development, including emerging policies and regulations, economic incentives, and the impact data center development has on local communities.
