Singer Presents NCSEA Contract Risk Webinar
Taft Chicago partner Eric Singer recently presented a webinar to the National Council of Structural Engineering Associations on May, 15, 2025. The webinar, titled, “Truth & Consequences – What happens if you agree to those inadvisable contract provisions?” discussed the importance of understanding possible consequences when making an informed business decision about accepting risk, particularly when there is strict contract language.
Singer negotiates design and construction agreements and litigated disputes relating to all aspects of construction, title insurance, injunctions, and use of real estate and the built environment, as well as other commercial matters. In addition, he provides general counseling to design and construction professionals, owners, lenders, title insurers, and other parties engaged in the business of design, construction, and the improvement of real estate.
