Taft Chicago partner Roshan Shrestha, Ph.D. will speak at the 15th Annual Pharma IPR Conference being held on Feb. 16-18 in Mumbai, India. Shrestha’s presentation will examine the pharmaceutical patent case Hikma v. Amarin, exploring themes related to induced infringement of a patented use and other key issues in the case.
