Law Week Colorado’s Big Deals Q4 2023 list featured Sherman & Howard’s representation of owners of minority interests in Sand Dunes Cellular, Inc. and San Isabel Cellular, Inc. William Peffer and Alexander Thomas represented the clients in a $60 million sale of their minority interests to a subsidiary of Verizon Wireless. The sale closed on October 11, 2023, after obtaining regulatory approvals from the Federal Trade Commission and the Federal Communications Commission.
