Congratulations to the Sherman & Howard associates and members who participated in the 2021 Legal Aid Foundation’s Associates Campaign fundraiser. This year, the fundraiser collected more than $300,000 from firms across Colorado, a $70,000 increase above the record set in 2019. This is significant for the attorneys and staff at Colorado Legal Services and for the clients they serve so well, especially in a year where legal aid is needed more than ever.

Through hard work and collaboration, Sherman & Howard collectively raised the highest grand total of all participating firms. The firm’s contributions were recognized with the following awards:

• Highest Non-Associate Total Donation Award
• Highest Grand Total Donation Award

The Legal Aid Foundation, established in 1981, helps to promote equal access to justice through fundraisers and provides civil legal services for low-income Coloradoans. This was the 17^th year of the Associates Campaign, which has continued to be successful in promoting a strong history of support for civil legal aid. The Associates Campaign was initially started by an attorney who wanted to instill a habit of annual giving within younger attorneys.
