Taft partner Bradley W. Schwer was voted president-elect of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business Alumni Association. He has served on the board of directors for the past three years.

Schwer is a member of the firm’s Business & Finance practice group. He focuses his practice on complex business and commercial transactions, intellectual property licensing transactions, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, business advisory services, and general corporate counseling for both publicly-traded and privately-held clients.
