Taft partner Brad Schwer was recently appointed to the JuJu Brents and Fowlkes Foundation Executive Board. The foundation leverages the unique platform of JuJu Brents, the son of single parents, an Indianapolis native, and cornerback for the Indianapolis Colts. The foundation’s mission is to foster generational change by offering financial support, education, guidance, and hope to single parents navigating the challenges of parenthood independently.

Schwer is partner-in-charge of Taft’s Indianapolis office. He focuses his practice on complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and intellectual property licensing, as well as business advisory services and general corporate counseling for private equity funds, family offices, business owners, and companies.
