Taft Privacy and Data Security partner Phil Schenkenberg will speak on “The Wonderful World of Cyber Insurance” during a HelpSystems Cybersecurity Week webinar on May 18. Schenkenberg will present alongside Mario Paez, the national cyber risk leader for Marsh & McLennan. Schenkenberg and Paez will focus their discussion on cyber insurance from both a legal and risk prevention perspective.

The virtual event will take place from May 17-19, but this specific session will air on May 18 from 11:30-12:30 PM CST.

Schenkenberg’s cybersecurity practice focuses on data governance, contract obligations, transactional due diligence, and breach response.
