Associate attorney Schaan Barth has joined the firm’s Litigation practice group and will be based in Taft’s Minneapolis office. His practice will focus primarily on the areas of commercial litigation and employment law. 

Prior to joining Taft, Schaan was an associate at a full-service law firm in Eden Prairie, Minn., where his practice emphasized commercial litigation, general litigation, business law, appeals, and employment law. Schaan received his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude and was the assistant editor of the William Mitchell Law Review.
