Taft partner Trent Sandifur will serve as co-chair for the June 10 ICLEF seminar titled “Corporate Compliance Programs: Insights from Inside and Out.” He will also co-present a session on compliance incident responses and outside counsel’s perspective on compliance breakdowns and government-imposed monitorships. Additional topics include risk-based compliance and operationalizing compliance.

Sandifur is a former federal prosecutor and concentrates his practice on corporate compliance, investigations and white collar defense, with a focus on anti-corruption matters. He has conducted hundreds of investigations and has planned, prepared, executed and continuously assessed cutting-edge compliance programs for businesses ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
