Taft partner Trent Sandifur will serve as the program chair for the Dec. 12 ICLEF seminar titled “Effective Corporate Compliance Programs: Prevent, Detect, Respond.” The program will cover the eleven primary factors that the U.S. Department of Justice and other government enforcement agencies typically consider in evaluating corporate compliance programs.

Sandifur is a former federal prosecutor and concentrates his practice on corporate compliance, investigations, and white collar defense, with a focus on anti-corruption matters.
