Sandifer Appointed to Emory Law Alumni Board
Taft Atlanta of counsel Marcus Sandifer has been appointed to the Emory Law Alumni Board. The board plays a vital role in advising the alumni association and law school staff, representing a diverse range of perspectives and geographies. The board is dedicated to strategic planning for alumni engagement. Sandifer earned both his juris master and juris doctor degrees from Emory University School of Law.
Sandifer advises clients in the food and beverage, marketing, hospitality, sports, media, and entertainment industries, with a focus on highly regulated sectors. He provides strategic counsel on corporate governance, operations, and transactions and has experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor services, intellectual property, sponsorship, name, image, and likeness (NIL), and employment matters.
