Sandifer Appointed to Emory Alumni Board
Taft Atlanta of counsel Marcus Sandifer has been appointed to the Emory University Alumni Board. The board serves as a representative voice for Emory University alumni, advising the university’s division of Advancement and Alumni Engagement and supporting its mission to strengthen connections among alumni and the university. Sandifer earned both his juris master and juris doctor degrees from Emory University School of Law.
Sandifer advises clients in the food and beverage, marketing, hospitality, sports, media, and entertainment industries, with a focus on highly regulated sectors. He provides strategic counsel on corporate governance, operations, and transactions and has experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor services, intellectual property, sponsorship, name, image, and likeness (NIL), and employment matters.
