Ronan Johnson Speaks at Butler University ETA Conference
Taft partner B. Ronan Johnson recently participated as a panelist at Butler University’s Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) Conference in Indianapolis.
Johnson spoke on the panel “The Anatomy of a Deal: Following a Real Transaction,” which explored the process of an acquisition transaction from sourcing opportunities and negotiating a letter of intent to diligence, financing, and closing. The conference brought together entrepreneurs, investors, lenders, and advisors to discuss strategies and insights related to acquiring and operating businesses.
Ronan represents private equity funds, large multinational corporations, and closely held and family-owned businesses in complex transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, and recapitalizations.
