Roach to Serve as Panelist for Licensing Executives Society Program
Taft Indianapolis partner Neal Roach will serve as a panelist at the March 10 program “Grant Back Provisions in IP Licensing & Acquisition Agreements,” presented by the Licensing Executives Society (LES) Indiana Chapter. The panelists will discuss how grant back provisions can be used to further organizational objectives. One hour of Indiana CLE credit will be offered. Roach focuses his practice on transactional matters for companies for whom technology is critical, with a focus on intellectual property licensing. He currently serves as chair of Taft’s Technology Services industry group.
