Taft partner Neal Roach will moderate the panel “Transforming the Healthcare Experience” at the IU Kelley School of Business Indiana Life Sciences Collaboration Conference on Nov. 9 in Indianapolis. Roach also serves on the planning committee for the conference.
Roach focuses his practice in the areas of healthcare and life sciences law, business transactions, corporate compliance and securities law compliance. He has represented numerous startup and high-growth companies on a broad range of matters, including advice on corporate structure and financing; intellectual property protection, management and licensing; contracts; FDA issues; sales and marketing regulation; healthcare compliance; reimbursement; strategic partnership agreements; and consulting agreements. In addition, Neal frequently advises physicians, institutional clients and life sciences companies regarding the application of the Anti-kickback and Stark laws, the development and implementation of corporate compliance plans, and HIPAA and state patient privacy laws.
