Reddick Quoted in IBJ Article on Heliport Redevelopment
Taft partner Marci Reddick was quoted in the article “Downtown heliport’s exit could clear way for redevelopment,” which was published in the Indianapolis Business Journal on June 25. The article discusses the Indianapolis Airport Authority’s plan to sell the Indianapolis Downtown Heliport property and its partnership with the City of Indianapolis to find a new use for the project.
Reddick is a member of Taft’s Real Estate practice group. She represents clients in all phases of real estate acquisition, sales, finance, leasing, public/private partnerships, and development. Reddick also has extensive experience in representing clients before various local land use authorities regarding platting, variances and other zoning matters. She was inducted into the first annual Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame in 2011 and is a frequent speaker on real estate and business law matters.
