Taft partner Tracey Puthoff will participate as a panelist in the Cincinnati Business Courier Mergers & Acquisitions forum, which will be held on April 25. The presentation will begin at 8:00 a.m. in the Taft Center located at 425 Walnut Street, Cincinnati, Ohio. 

Puthoff is a member of the firm’s executive committee and chairs the firm’s Technology industry team. Her extensive M&A and finance experience involves both publicly-traded corporations and privately-held companies in diverse industries. Puthoff attended law school and became a transactional attorney after a career in engineering at GE Aviation and McDonnell Aircraft Company (now Boeing).
