Puthoff Elected to May Festival Board of Directors
Taft partner Tracey A. Puthoff has been elected to the May Festival Board of Directors. Founded in 1873, the May Festival is the oldest, and one of the most prestigious, choral festivals in the Western Hemisphere.
Puthoff is a partner in Taft’s Business & Finance group. Her practice includes all aspects of general corporate law, primarily mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance, as well as intellectual property and computer law matters.
