Puthoff Elected President of Hamilton County Board of Health
Taft partner Tracey A. Puthoff has been elected president of the Hamilton County Board of Health. The board oversees the county health department and has the authority to adopt public health rules and regulations that have the same status as law. Puthoff has served on the board since 2006.
Puthoff is a partner in Taft’s Business & Finance group. Her practice includes all aspects of general corporate law, primarily focusing on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance and including intellectual property and computer law matters.
