Pomeranz Presents on AI and Litigation for ICLE
Taft partner Michael Leo Pomeranz presented at the AI Tools in the Litigation Lifecycle event at the Institute of Continuing Legal Education on Oct. 23.
His session, “A Practical Guide for Dispute Lawyers,“ addressed how artificial intelligence is reshaping dispute-resolution workflows. Pomeranz emphasized best practices for using AI tools like Clearbrief and BriefCatch to legal writing, factual searches, and citation reviews, underscoring integration across all phases of litigation rather than dividing tools by technical category. He and his co-panelists also discussed AI-related developments in litigation practice and business operations.
Pomeranz represents businesses and other clients from around the globe on all phases of complex disputes nationwide. Admitted in Michigan and New York, he also advises on finance, technology, real estate, and media matters. He regularly publishes and speaks about AI and litigation issues.
