Taft partner Jonathan G. Polak was quoted in the Indianapolis Business Journal article “Verge goes national, finds friction over name,” which was published on Feb. 27. Polak represents Verge in a trademark infringement lawsuit, with the assistance of Taft associate Zach Gordon. Verge is a client of Taft partner Jeffrey J. Kirk.

Polak concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation.
