Peyton Williams has been selected to participate in Valley Leadership’s Catalyze Class 6. Catalyze equips participants with the skills, knowledge, and connections needed to address Arizona’s most pressing issues while fostering personal and professional growth. The program combines virtual learning sessions with in-person events, allowing participants to engage flexibly. It is structured around Valley Leadership’s Principles of Doing which emphasize integrity, teamwork, trust-building, Arizona-first thinking, and a proactive approach to leadership.

In her role, she will attend 6-months of educational programming exploring Arizona’s key issues, engaging in personal reflection, and developing leadership skills applicable to professional, personal, and community contexts. To wrap up the program, Peyton will create a plan for making a difference, contributing to Valley Leadership’s Impact Maker initiatives.

Peyton is an associate in Taft’s Phoenix office and recently joined the Public Finance practice group. Peyton’s diverse legal background spans commercial litigation, administrative law, and criminal law and procedure, equipping her to navigate a broad range of legal frameworks. She is licensed to practice in both Arizona and California.
