Peluchette Joins Taft’s Intellectual Property and Litigation Groups
Taft is pleased to announce that Neil Peluchette has become a staff attorney in its Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation practice groups.
Peluchette advises clients on matters relating to litigation, trademark infringement and copyright prosecution. Using his experience with multiple platforms and registries, he aids clients in the removal of infringed content from individual websites and third-party websites such as Etsy, eBay, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Peluchette works with clients in the enforcement of brands through Amazon’s Brand Registry and Alibaba’s IPP platforms. He has also helped clients navigate Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) domain disputes to obtain domain name rights and supports clients with the acquisition of domain names.
Peluchette earned his J.D. from Indiana University McKinney School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Indiana. He worked as a law clerk at Taft for eight years prior to becoming an attorney.
