Partner Weiss Inducted Into American Board of Trial Advocates
Taft partner Gregory S. Weiss was voted into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) at the National Board Meeting held in Queenstown, New Zealand, on April 6, 2025.
ABOTA is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. ABOTA membership consists of lawyers and judges spread among 95 chapters in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
Weiss is a partner in Taft’s Commercial Litigation practice and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He focuses his practice on trial or arbitration of business, intellectual property, and construction matters. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and is board-certified in Business Litigation and Civil Trial by the Florida Bar.
