O’Neil Quoted in IBJ Article on Sale of Assets in Celadon Bankruptcy
Taft partner Michael O’Neil is quoted in the article “Bankruptcy Celedon plans to sell 102-acre campus,” which was published in the Indianapolis Business Journal on Jan. 3. The company in bankruptcy is selling all of its assets including its real estate holdings. O’Neil commented on the transparency of the proceeding which could be both a positive and negative factor for potential buyers.
O’Neil helps business owners, lenders and other stakeholders when companies are in transition. He represents both healthy and distressed companies in connection with sales, refinancings and liquidations, as well as in chapter 11 section 363 asset sales and “true reorganization” bankruptcy cases where judicial remedies are needed.
