Okun Contributes to the Probate Law Journal of Ohio
Taft partner Megan Okun contributed “Charitable Trust: Examination of A (Sometimes) Counterintuitive Term,” for volume 35 of the Probate Law Journal of Ohio. In this article, Okun discusses the implications of being a “charitable” trust under the Trust Code and the related regulatory powers of the Ohio Attorney General.
