Taft partner Michael P. O'Neil was quoted in the Indianapolis Business Journal article "From humble start, developer expands to 30 hotels," which was published on Nov. 7.

O'Neil is chair of Taft's Bankruptcy, Business Restructuring and Creditor Rights group and helps business owners, lenders and other stakeholders when companies are in transition. Since 1986, he has focused his practice on mergers and acquisitions, debt refinancing and restructuring, business workouts and turnarounds, and a full range of other business matters, including fraudulent transfer and successor liability litigation resulting from deals that turned sour.
